Accessing Your Carer Records
Family Spirit’s Authorised Carers have the right to request access to review their carer files by contacting Family Spirit on admin@familyspirit.org
Carers have a right to access their files, however there may be occasions where information will be withheld by Family Spirit due to privacy reasons for child and young people that may be mentioned in the file.
Investigative materials relating to any authorised carers may also be withheld, with a rationale provided as to why.
